The regular meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was conducted on this tenth of September, this year. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with a quorum of homeowners in attendance.

Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and approved with a few amendments.

• Ms. Jones, gave a summarized financial update outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
• Several homeowners raised concerns regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed tennis court construction and traffic maintenance.
• The board addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the plans.

Following the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, at a later date.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The HOA is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed modifications are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while addressing current concerns and promoting a thriving community.

• Among the proposed amendments are standards related to exterior aesthetics, quiet hours, and parking regulations.
• The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments carefully and provide their comments by the deadline.
• A community forum will be held on September 8th to discuss the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative

Our enthusiastic community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more vibrant place to live. The Beautification Project aims to improve the visual appeal of our community by installing flowers, cleaning up public zones, and encouraging a sense of belonging.

We're actively working on various projects, including the restoration of our lakefront area. We invite you to contribute in making Sherwood Lakes a truly desirable place to call home.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to take part in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the HOA Office.

A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and distributed via email/sent to residents in a packet by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and inclusive election!
